It seems like whales are big, but the ocean is a very big place, so being 20 to 50 feet long is not so noticeable. Whales love to have fun. When I ask them complicated questions, they often answer: “Isn’t it a beautiful day! I’m going to jump for joy.”
They are also masters of interspecies humor. They play jokes on us when we are out watching them.
